We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location and serene surroundings of our stay. The rooms were fantastic, with spic and span amenities, and the quality of linen was top-notch. The staff, especially the bell boys and room service guys, were extremely helpful and courteous. The activity room and DJ room added extra fun to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.

This place is located on a mountain with breathtaking views of the surroundings. The staff, from the guards to the manager, provided us with perfect service. The room service was efficient and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, and a game room. The in-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly. the comfort and quality of service at this hotel were exceptional.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful view of the snow-covered mountains. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with warm blankets. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The Christmas decorations added to the festive ambiance of the hotel. We appreciated the hotel's location, which was near the main attractions and provided easy access to transportation.

Sadly, the food was unsatisfactory and overpriced. The room service was slow, and we often had to wait for a long time for our food to arrive.

The stunning views, fresh greenery, and excellent weather made our stay at Sterling Mussoorie unforgettable. The upgraded room with a balcony offered a beautiful view. The location was peaceful, away from the busy parts of Mussourie. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant ambience and food were also great.

Additionally, the staff were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was an enjoyable one. I was pleased to find there was ample parking available as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this sprawling hillside resort. The staff were polite, hardworking, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious with basic cutlery, microwave, and water heater. The breathtaking valley view from the rooms was a highlight, especially the sunrise and sunset. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was pretty decent. The resort had plenty of activities and a warm, welcoming vibe that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The check-in process could have been faster and smoother, especially given that we arrived early in the morning.
